Earlier this month we shared a Talk Shop interview with Jason and Julie Alkire, the talented designer duo behind the fashion label Haus Alkire. Jason and Julie are personal friends and Houstonians (in their past life). They were recently in town for a trunk show event, and it was so great to catch up with them and hear about life in New York (they are based in Tribeca, just down the street from our old apartment).

At their trunk show I snagged this moody fall floral dress with laser cut sleeves that I absolutely love!
