We’re just about to the point of summer when it’s too hot to wear anything form fitting. In Houston’s summer heat, my summer uniform always includes a breezy dress that doesn’t cling to my skin. I purchased this popular dress last summer and it’s still a favorite (and available in multiple colors)! Read on below for details!
My new summer uniform is this cotton midi dress, flat sandals (which make it easy to keep up with the boys), and of course my favorite sunglasses. I’ve worn this dress everywhere from our Saturday Farmer’s Market to a working lunch with the team. Mine felt a little low cut for me so I simply had my cleaners add a tiny button for a little more coverage.
These sandals are also a purchase from last summer, but I wore them so much I got new pairs this year in black and white! I usually don’t like to wear knock-offs (and these are a clear copy of the Hermès flats), but they are just so easy to slide on and go and look good with everything from dresses to shorts, so I caved.
