We hope these reads are uplifting and that they motivate you to encourage other women in your life — a mentor, parent, sister, friend, or someone you admire from afar. Read on below for our 5 book recommendations!

Work Wife – Written by two college best friends who started a company together, this book highlights how female friendship and common female characteristics can produce amazing businesses. The authors talk about their own experience and also interview other female power duos.

In the Company of Women – This book compiles advice from 100 women who are artists, entrepreneurs, and creators, and encourages other women to pursue their dreams.

WorkParty: How to Create & Cultivate the Career of Your Dreams – Written by my friend Jaclyn Johnson the founder of Create & Cultivate, this book talks about how even in the midst of failure or disappointment, you can power through and find happiness and success.

Little Women – I have a list of classics I’d like to read again, and this one about four sisters coming of age seems appropriate for the theme of the month!
