One of my favorite things to do is to put the kids down to bed early (their bedtime is 7:30) and enjoy a seasonal dinner al fresco. Whether we are just grilling out the two of us or hosting friends, I love setting the table and the mood for the evening. (You can watch my Summer Barbecue video here.)

If you follow me on Instagram or have been a reader for long, you are well aware of my love for all things blue and white. (To the point where I have to take step back sometime to make sure I am not going overboard with it in our home.) But with this tablescape, I decided no amount was too much and just went with it! With the white flowers and wicker placemats it made for the perfect southern summer table-setting! (If you ask me!)
And when your neighbor happens to be Pour la Amour Creative, you get pretty hand calligraphy place settings, too! She matched the gold letters to the flatware! I love how she used tile so we can bring them out again and again.
