If I’m being completely honest, I’ve never been a huge Halloween fan. Now that I have two boys who are old enough to Trick-or-Treat and truly get in to the spirit, I feel a little more excited about the holiday, but not quite enough to get excited about my own costume! Our neighborhood is full of young kids, so Halloween is a huge event around here with block parties on every street. The boys are so excited to get dressed up and for the candy (it’s all about the candy at this age). I’ll be along for the ride wearing this non-Halloween Halloween outfit, which at least is very on brand. 😉 Sharing details on this look below.

Each fall, I always find that one coveted sweater that I wear at least once a week, and this year’s find is this orange mockneck. It’s SO comfy the perfect weight for Houston’s mild winter temps. Plus, it’s under $50! (I shared my find on stories last week and you guys snagged it up fast and it was temporarily sold out, but now it’s back in stock and in SIX colors!

For Halloween, I’m pairing it with my go-to skinny jeans, a black net bag, and my most comfortable booties that have a slight heel. I love this look for fall and it’s the perfect color through Thanksgiving.  It’s also thin enough to style under a blazer.

Happy Halloween! I hope you all have a blast with your kiddos!
