I am so excited to continue our home tours this week with Millie’s bathroom as a follow-up from last week’s nursery reveal. Millie’s bedroom and bathroom were actually part of one massive master wing when we purchased the house. We bought the house knowing we would need to completely rework this area and add a bedroom and bathroom for her.
I had so much fun picking out the finishes for each of their bathrooms and decided to really design each space with them in mind instead of sticking to safer, gender neutral selections like I did in our old house. I love this girly, floral space and hope she does too!

I can’t believe I am just now getting this post live for you! Millie is now 10 months old and we took these pictures back in JULY! So before it’s her first birthday, I am excited to share her sweet nursery with you. (As always, I have listed all the sources at the bottom for your reference.)
I wanted this room to be sweet and girly, but also to be sophisticated enough to grow up with her. I love the soft pink walls and the floral curtains are my absolute favorite! I repurposed the modern art above her crib and the pink rug from my old office so I could use our budget on the curtains and the pretty botanicals above the dresser. The white crib was Andrew’s, but his old changing table didn’t work in the space so I sold it and purchased this simple white one from Pier1 before they went out of business. This room is long and narrow so it is the perfect size for the space.
We mostly just use this room for sleeping as she has a little play area off the kitchen, but I can’t wait to fill it with a dollhouse and all the girly things as she grows up!

If you follow me on Instagram, you likely saw our family has been battling Covid. It started with Fred and then the boys and I tested positive, as well. (We didn’t test Millie.) Luckily, the kids didn’t exhibit any symptoms and Fred and I had mild cases, as well. We will be out of quarantine and back to school and life on Monday, whooo hooo!
I connected with Carli while we were sick and she so kindly reviewed my vitamins with me and shared all her advice and insights. I loved learning more about her integrative approach so much that I asked her if I could share her knowledge here with you all. She so kindly agreed so please read on below and make sure you are following her on Instagram and sign up for her newsletter to receive wellness related info, for free!
