We are heading to Vail, Colorado tomorrow with my family. It has become a tradition for my parents to rent a house in the summer to escape the Texas heat and to provide a place where all the kids can come and go as schedules permit. FMK and I are looking forward to spending quality time with everyone – especially our two adorable nieces!
Our days typically consist of hikes, bike riding, fishing, and roaming around town so I am packing casual light layers that will take me from the warm afternoons to cooler nights.
