My goal is to update you with new favorite products monthly whether it be a new line we are loving or just a face mask we discovered that we are obsessed with!  As a blogger, I am constantly receiving new samples and testing new items so I am excited to share all we discover with you more frequently.  (The last time I shared a full skin care routine was here so we are definitely overdue an update!)

Cleanse:

Step 1: Remove stubborn makeup with micellar water (mascara, dark lipstick, etc.), if necessary.  I love removing make up first so when I am washing it feels like real cleanse and not just make-up remover.

Step 2. Wash wash face with Kiehl’s Ultra Face Cleanser.  This is an old favorite of mine that works on most skin tones and gives you are good clean without over drying your skin.

Exfoliate:

Step 3: Exfoliate with Kate Somerville Exfolikate (I only exfoliate once a day.)  I keep this in my shower and use it in the morning to create a clean smooth surface before applying make-up.  Exfoliation is such an important step to every skin care routine!  This helps with everything from removing the dull top layer of skin, to cleaning out your pores and

Treat & Prevent:

Step 4: MID correct wipes – these wipes were prescribed by my dermatologist and to say that I am obsessed would be an understatement.  They truly have made the biggest difference in my dark spots and uneven skin tone.  I am linking to my Dr. contact page if you are local.  If you aren’t, I have heard rave reviews on Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Universal Daily Peel.

Step 5: SK-II Essence  I first told you about this product here, and I am still using and loving it.  It is a bit of an investment, but this bottle has lasted so long and I am still only about half way through it.  Since starting this ‘miracle water’ my skin has a more even and brighter complexion and smaller pore size.  It also definitely creates a softer over all well moisturized appearance.

Step 6: SkinCeuticals Phloretin CF to help improve the appearance of discoloration, fine lines, and uneven skin tone + SkinCeuticals Advanced Pigment Corrector to exfoliate my skin to help reduce the appearance of discoloration.  I started using these two products after the chemical peel I shared here.  They may be duplicate work now that I am using the wipes in step 4, but I already have it and love it so I still use this on nights when I am good about doing a full routine.

Moisturize:

Step 7: it Cosmetics Bye Bye Under eye cream – My under eyes, like most people, are showing the earliest signs of aging.  I admiringly haven’t been the best over the years at using eye cream consistently, but I finally got serious about it in my early thirties.  I love it Cosmetics and this product feels so good when applied and works well under make-up, as well.

Step 8: SkinCueticals Triple Lipid Restore – This is another product I have been using for a while when my skin really needs some extra TLC (winter months or after a peel).  If you follow on IG Stories, you saw I just had Clear Brilliant and this is perfect to restore and moisturize skin after the treatment.
